Russia 1613-1913 silver Rouble; scarce 1-yr type Russian Empire Romanov’s dynasty 300-year anniversary commemorative. About Uncirculated with orig light-gray patina; scarce this nice.
Nicholas II era (1894-1917) commemorative Rouble issued in 1913 to mark the 300-year anniversary of the ruling Romanov’s dynasty. Struck at the St. Petersburg mint, mint master Victor Smirnov (BC on the rim); not cleaned with original light-gray patina. This is an early Type 1 struck in high-relief. Type 1 is scarce – most 1913 Roubles were struck in low relief after original dies had cracked. About 34 mm in diameter; minor bag marks and a few scratches on obverse are noted for accuracy.
