Vintage discontinued model Al Mar Survival, Evasion, Resistance, Escape (SERE) Passport lockback folder made in Seki, Japan in the early 1990th. This is a rare SERE Passport pre-production run which was limited to 200 serial-numbered pieces; this specimen is SN 149/200. It’s in unused condition with Al Mar brown leather belt-carry pouch, papers and original retail box included. The knife is in excellent overall condition; the edge is razor-sharp; the tip is intact. The knife is about 9-1/4 ” / 23.5 cm overall fully opened; satin-polished blade is about 4″ / 10 cm. Solid aluminum alloy slim profile handle with non-reflective black finish; all parts are tight with no play. This hard-to-find pre-production Al Mar Japan SERE Passport lockback folder will be a welcome addition to any collection.
This Al Mar Japan SERE Passport knife has not been cleaned or tampered with in any way, it’s in 100% original “as is” condition; these are the actual photos.
