Original and complete WW2 era US Army Engineers M-1938 Wire Toolset – the tool was manufactured in 1942 by WM Schollhorn Co., original OD-green canvass tool carrier dated 1944 included. The set is a bit used, but it’s in excellent overall condition. Heavily insulated handles have just a few typical contact marks, but nothing too bad; these were originally grade at 500 volts, by the way 🙂 This tool is in great condition, considering the age; minor surface rust is noted for accuracy. Joints are operate nice and smooth but may use some oiling. Web belt pouch is in great condition as well with just one tear at the throat on the back. All original parts are intact; belt hanger is correct mid-war brass wire type. This is a nice original WW2 US Army Engineers M1938 wire cutters toolset in great overall condition; with proper care it will last you another 85 years 😉
