Original Nicholas II era (1894-1917) commemorative Rouble issued in 1913 to mark the 300-year anniversary of the ruling Romanov’s dynasty. Struck at the St. Petersburg mint, mint master Victor Smirnov (BC on the rim). This is an the Type II struck in low-relief. The coin is about 34 mm in diameter, 20 grams. Looks AU – XF but a few scratches on obverse are lowering the overall grade. Still, this is a very popular type a very good eye appeal overall.
