Description
Bud Nealy custom tanto fighting knife with hand-forged Meier steel damascus blade, solid full-tang construction, original Kydex sheath. Beautiful US-made custom fighter in excellent overall condition.
Another fantastic piece of work by the famous American knifemaker Bud Nealy – original custom-made “tanto fighter” with hand-forged Meier steel “wild pattern” damascus blade. The overall quality and finish are excellent; this could be your perfect every-day-carry or that “Plan B” fighting knife. The knife is about 7-1/2” / 19 cm overall; the blade is about 3-5/8″ / 9.2 cm; original edge is razor-sharp; the tip is intact. The blade is stamped BUD NEALY / MAKER / STROUDSBURG PENNSYLVANIA on one side, MEIER STEEL and serial number 1831 on the other. Handle scales are non-slip black vulcanized rubber; all parts are tight with no play.
Original two-part Kydex sheath is unused as well; the larger removable flat part could be used to attach Velcro strips to carry the knife on a tactical vest. In a “simple” configuration the sheath could be worn on a MOLLE system vest or as a boot knife. The overall quality, finish, and balance are excellent; you will not be disappointed. This beautiful custom-made Bud Nealy custom tanto fighting knife will make a great addition to any collection. Please take a look at the store’s American Blades section for similar listings.
