British CEYLON JAMAICA 1843 silver 1.5 Pence, scarce early Victorian era colonial 1-1/2 Pence issue. No typical dings or rim nicks; nicely toned VF. Part of the life-long numismatic collection assembled many years ago.

Victorian era colonial silver coinage; this type was struck in England for circulation in the British Ceylon and Jamaica. An attractive tiny coin with very interesting and unusual denomination. The coin is about 12.3 mm in diameter,  o.7 grams, plain rim. Not cleaned with original light-gray patina. No rim nicks or dings; these early issues are scarce this nice; these are the actual photos.
