Rare 25-year of Ford Mustang commemorative Bowie with 24K gold etched blade made by the famous Aurum Etchings Company in 1989. This rare type was limited to just 500 knives hand-finished by Dan Harrison of Eldon, TX. The original etching was sculped by master artist Angela S. Williams. This very attractive Bowie features exotic Sambar stag handle and solid polished bronze fittings. The knife is still in the original cardboard blade protector with original leather sheath included.
The knife is about 10-7/8″ / 27.5 cm overall; mirror-polished blade with a beautiful 24K gold-plated etching is about 6″ / 15.3 cm long. Genuine Sambar stag handle with extra-wide bronze guard and bronze butt cup; the stag is excellent with no chips or cracks; all parts are tight. Leather sheath is unused as well; the leather is soft and supple.
