Original Russia 1907 SPB-EB (СПБ-ЭБ) silver Rouble; scarce year; XF. No typical dings or rim nicks; great overall condition, considering the age.
Original Nicholas II era (1894-1917) silver Rouble struck in 1907 at the St. Petersburg mint, mint master Elicum Babayantz (letters ЭБ on the rim). Rare year – only 400K were minted; two world wars, the Russian Civil war, and the oppressive Soviet regime later only a fraction of the original mintage survived. The coin is about 34 mm in diameter, 20 grams. About XF condition specimen with good eye appeal; typical wear, nothing major. A tiny pin mark above the head at 11 o’clock is noted for accuracy. Looks like an old cleaning; these are the actual photos.
