Interesting and scarce double-denomination silver 1846 25 Kopeks / 50 Groszy – short-lived 8-year type struck at the Warsaw mint during Russian occupation of Poland. A circulated specimen but hard to find type in any condition nowadays; just 561K were minted in 1846, very few survived. Original dark-gray patina; no typical adjustment marks, rim nicks, dings, or heavy scratches. About 24.5 mm in diameter; roped rim. This type is getting harder to find in better grades as all Russo-Polish issues are super-hot collectibles these days. This rare Poland 1846 silver 25 Kopeks 50 Groszy is guaranteed original or your money back. See our European Coins section for the additional items related to Poland.
