1854 wedding silver 2 Gulden, rare small mintage commemorative. UNCIRCULATED condition with some original mint luster remaining; hard-to-find type in general and scarce this nice. FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S. FOR THIS ITEM.
Nicely toned Crown-size rare 1854 wedding commemorative 2 Gulden with great eye appeal; a few small rim dings at 6 o’clock are noted for accuracy. About 36.1 mm in diameter, 26 grams; inscription on the rim. A relatively small number of “Wedding” 2 Gulden commemoratives were minted, just a few thousand. All were struck in medal alignment; Vienna mint issue. Not wiped, cleaned, or otherwise messed around with; these are the actual photos. I also have several “Silver Wedding Anniversary” Austrian commemorative 2 Guldens available for sale in my store, in case you are interested in a “wedding set”.
This attractive Austria 1854 wedding silver 2 Gulden commemorative coin is not a later reproduction or a copy; it is guaranteed to be 100% authentic or your money back. This coin was part of the life-long numismatic collection assembled an American German-born doctor; it is still housed in its original circa 1970th coin flip with a hand-written sticker included.
