Vintage custom made and hand-engraved solid silver grips with 10K gold inlays grips for a “square butt” handle Smith & Wesson revolver. Hand-made and engraved in Mexico by what looks like Guada Ajard of ALC and date-stamped 1925. The grips look unused with very attractive light-gray patina with pinkish overtones on silver fields. Gold inlays are of excellent quality; the entire set is the work of art done by the first-class master. The grips’ total weight is about 94.2 grams / 3.33 oz. The base of the grip (lower part – the butt) is about 1-7/8″ / 4.8 cm wide; the drips are about 3-3/4″ / 9.5 cm from top to bottom. These grips have not been cleaned or tampered with in any way; 100% original “as is” condition; these are the actual photos.
