Schrade 1979 75th Anniversary knife serial-numbered commemorative issue; staglon handle with sterling silver inlay. Minty condition; original presentation case included.

Limited edition US-made Schrade Cutlery large model 250 Presentation Knife folder made in 1979 to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Schrade Cutlery. The knife is in scarce “as made” mint condition; still in the original presentation box. Proudly made in the USA at the now-closed factory in Ellenville, New York. The blade is about 4-3/8″ / 11 cm; the knife is about 9-3/4″ / 24.8 cm fully opened. All parts are solid; the blade is tight with no play. Blade material is the premium Schrade+ stainless steel with the fantastic engraving of Schrade’s 1st factory in Walden, NY. The handle is “staglon” derlin with sterling silver inlays on both sides; one was left blank intentionally as the engraving space for the owner’s name. The bolsters are deeply engraved silver-nickel with the serial 5799 engraved on one side. Original presentation box is in good shape but plastic hinges are broken.

This commemorative Schrade 1979 75th Anniversary knife has not been cleaned or tampered with in any way, it is in 100% original “as is” condition. These are the actual photos.
