GERBER 1980th Mark I dagger fighting knife made in Portland, Oregon, USA; 5-1/8″ dual-edge blade, original black nylon sheath. Scarce UNUSED – scarce this nice.
A classic GERBER LEGENDARY BLADES Mark I 5-inch blade fighting dagger made in the early 1980th in Portland, Oregon, USA. The dagger is unused; the original factory edge is razor-sharp; the tip is intact; a couple of minor hairlines on the blade are noted for accuracy. The dagger is about 9″ / 22.8 cm overall; the blade is about 5” / 12.7 cm. Serial number G2524S is sharply struck on one side of ricasso; Gerber’s sword logo is on the other. The original black nylon sheath with the plastic “boot clip” cabbard is in mint condition as well.
This GERBER 1980th Mark I dagger is part of a small collection of vintage daggers I’ve recently purchased. You can check out the other daggers from this collection by clicking on the following tab: daggers. Also, I have a small but very interesting collection of various edged WW1 and WW2 era weapons available for sale. Don’t forget to check out our Militaria section for other WW1 and WW2 era combat knives, including German WW1 era trench knives, vintage USAF WW2 Pilot Knives and a couple of rare WW2 “OSS Drop” knives we offer for sale.
